Yes. Simply update your account to a vendor account to start listing. You’ll find this tab at the bottom of your account dashboard.

Listing on our website is free. Our ‘List-for-You’ service via WhatsApp, where we upload your items for you, comes with listing fees starting from 7 GHS. See the full fees on our Become a Seller page.

Yes! Resale Rack was made with you in mind too. List all your items on our platform and host your store on our website for free. Once you sign up to sell, you’ll get your own shop link, for example resalerack.store/store/yourshopname, to share online and on your socials, so customers can find all your goods in one place.

Items can be Brand-new, Almost-new, Gently-used or Used, as long as they are in good condition.

As many as you can, but usually up to 6 photos is enough to show every angle of your item, so buyers can assess it properly.

If you are listing on our website, submit one product at a time, and list any sizes, colours or extra quantities under the short description.

Approval usually takes up to 24 hours.

You do. Resale Rack doesn’t set prices. We believe a seller is king when it comes to pricing. You know how much you bought an item for, how long you used it and how much you want for it.

But as a resale and discount store, we do ask sellers to list their best offers, below regular market prices, in line with our Best Price Policy.

If you’re caught in a pricing dilemma, just get in touch with us via WhatsApp. Our Seller Relations Officers are always on hand to help with suggestions based on experience, current market prices, recent sales and the item’s condition.

Yes, you can. Just log in to your vendor dashboard and update your price. Lower, we hope, since a great price helps your item sell faster! 🙂

Your listing stays up until your item sells. Our goal is to make sure everything sells as quickly as possible. If your item hasn’t sold after 6 weeks, we’ll suggest a price drop if you listed online. If you used our List-for-You service, we’ll reduce it to the lowest price you’ve agreed to. We’ll then re-advertise your new price on our socials.

No. Resale Rack handles all communication to keep both buyers and sellers safe.

Our third-party courier partners collect from you and deliver to the buyer, combining orders where possible. Once your sale is confirmed, we’ll arrange collection. You can also drop items at our office in Coastal Estates, Baatsona, off Spintex Road.

The buyer pays delivery directly to the courier, and Resale Rack doesn’t make any profit from delivery fees. If an item is returned because it didn’t match its listing, the seller pays the return delivery.

Within 48 hours (business days). Express delivery is available at express rates, depending on the seller’s availability.

Yes, through trusted transport partners such as FedEx, O.A Transport, STC or VIP. Large items travel by cargo truck.

Please make sure your item is presented in its best sellable condition: cleaned, dusted, wiped and packed as carefully as possible to prevent any damage in transit.

Label every package with the buyer’s name and general location, which you will receive with your sale notification. No contact details are needed.

A 13.5% service fee, deducted after your item sells, plus a listing fee only if you use our List-for-You service. See our Become a Seller page for details.

After each completed sale, once the buyer confirms receipt and that all is well with the item, we send your earnings to your Mobile Money account within 24 hours.

Your dashboard shows the total you’ve earned through Resale Rack. Your payment is sent to your Mobile Money account after each completed sale.

Any seller who fails to meet our quality or honesty standards will bear the cost of return delivery and service fees.

No. Resale Rack is a decluttering platform for sellers trying to free up space, so please take your time to make sure you want an item and that it meets your needs before buying. Great-priced items go quickly, and a return like this could have cost the seller a sale to another interested buyer. If an item doesn’t turn out to suit you, you’re welcome to resell it on Resale Rack.
